Muguette Hanson of the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee was working one morning when a female customer visited our store. Muguette introduced herself and showed the guest our Pineapple Moon apparel collection and told her about a current special promotion.
After briefly leaving the store to eat lunch, the woman returned to the store and began to strike up a conversation with Muguette about fashion and her visits to France (Muguette’s home). She then asked Muguette could help her to try on the clothes, as the woman had arthritis and could not do it herself, at which Muguette accepted immediately. Muguette also showed the guest’s husband who was waiting in the store all of the pieces that she was trying on. The guest tried on seven garments with Mugette’s assistance, and she purchased all of them! Muguette also showcased Brighton and Anne Klein Jewelry to complement the guest’s new outfit, which she bought as well.
To complete the shopping experience for this special customer, Muguette steamed all of the Pineapple Moon apparel for the guest so she could wear them for a function that night and to her meeting the next day. The guest was so thrilled with the service she had received that she made a stop at the front desk to tell the manager of the hotel that she had never received such superior service anywhere and wanted Muguette to be recognized by the hotel for her First Class efforts.
