Natalia Margolis - McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville)

Natalia Margolis is a true treasure to our Knoxville location (TYS). A native of the Ukraine, Natalia is an asset not only to us, but also the airport, as she has been called upon by TSA to help translate on multiple occasions. Every year, Russian students arrive in Tennessee via TYS to work for the summer, and Natalia is instrumental in helping the groups navigate the airport and transportation information.

Natalia provides Paradies with excellent customer service every day, always with a shining smile and helpful attitude. As her general manager says, “ I NEVER hear negative comments about Natalia, but I do hear positive comments from everyone who has ever worked with her. We are very fortunate to have her.”
