Carrie Branch - Philadelphia International Airport

In April 2011, Carrie Branch was waiting on a young man who was in the military traveling to California. During check out, the young soldier’s credit card was declined. He had no other cash or credit card, as he was waiting for his parents to wire him some money. Carrie was moved by this young man’s story, and had another team member cover for her while she went to the ATM and withdrew her own money to not only pay for the young man’s purchases, but also gave him some extra pocket money to see him through. She explained that her heart went out to this young man and thought of her own children, and how she would feel if they were traveling alone and had no money. In addition to be named a First Class Associate of the Year, Carrie was recognized by the Airport in a special ceremony in May 2011.

A member of the PHL team since 2006, Carrie has continuously been the perfect example of what the term First Class is all about – always smiling, always courteous and always ready to take on the day. Carrie does her best to always exceed customers’ expectations and maintains her store to the highest standards.
